The IRD is sharing its vision for the future of tax with small businesses, giving you the opportunity to tell them what you think should be changed. This can be done through their new, easy to use website called Changing for You.

On this website you’ll see four short examples with videos, outlining the IRD’s ideas on how managing tax may become easier for small businesses in the future. Be informed on how changes in tax will impact filing and paying PAYE and GST, employing people, calculating income tax and starting a business. You can have your say on each example right away by selecting a rating or submitting a comment.

If you’re a small business or individual who would like to have a say in how tax looks in the future, be sure to visit the website: www.changingforyou.ird.govt.nz and voice your opinion!
