Aaron Wallace

Aaron is one of the Founding Directors of Bellingham Wallace.

Aaron has extensive accounting and governance experience across a wide variety of industries. He typically advises companies and individuals on valuations, due diligence, financial modelling, debt and equity funding, succession planning and complex accounting compliance.

Aaron is also a regular author and speaker on compliance, valuations, and governance topics – and is the author of the CAANZ course work on succession planning,

Prior to forming Bellingham Wallace, Aaron spent 17 years with Hayes Knight and its predecessor firm, eight of which as a Partner. He also spent two years in the United Kingdom with Old Mutual, a FTSE listed company.

Aaron has a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma from the University of Otago. He has been a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) since 2017 and is a member of both CPA Australia and the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Aaron also sits on the CAANZ External Reporting Advisory Panel (XRAP) along with a number of client boards and the Royal New Zealand Coastguard (where he holds an appreciation for the dynamics of the not-for-profit sector).
